I’m based in Clinton Township, Michigan, and serve surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether you’re within my service area, feel free to ask.

For the safety of both myself and my clients, there are certain situations I am unable to take on.
I do not provide cleaning services for:
Hoarding situations
Homes with active infestations (such as bed bugs, fleas, or roaches)
Biohazard conditions (including bodily fluids, mold remediation, or hazardous waste)
Areas that are unsafe to access or pose a health risk
If I arrive and discover conditions that were not disclosed beforehand and fall into one of these categories, the cleaning may need to be rescheduled or declined.
My goal is to provide thorough, quality cleaning in safe and manageable environments.
If you’re unsure whether your home is a good fit, I’m always happy to answer questions ahead of time.

Please schedule at least 48 hours in advance. I do my best to accommodate requests, but availability is limited—so booking a week ahead is the best way to get your preferred day and time.
Any additional requests or changes should be discussed before your appointment, not at the time of service.

Payment is due at the completion of the cleaning service on the day of your appointment, unless otherwise discussed in advance.
This allows you to review the completed work while keeping scheduling and payment simple and straightforward. -
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment.
I understand that things can come up last-second, and I always try to be reasonable. However, last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, as that time is reserved specifically for your home.
Clear communication is always appreciated.

Your satisfaction is important to me. If something was missed or doesn’t feel right, please let me know within 24 hours of your clean.
While I don’t offer refunds, I’m always open to discussing reasonable solutions and addressing concerns when possible. Open communication helps ensure we’re on the same page moving forward.

Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not offered once a cleaning has been completed. Please communicate any concerns during your appointment so they can be addressed at the time of service.

Yes. I bring my own cleaning supplies for each clean. If you prefer specific products to be used in your home, including fragrance-free or natural options, those must be client-provided and discussed in advance.

Extra rooms or areas can absolutely be added as long as they are discussed ahead of time—ideally during your estimate or at least before your scheduled clean.
To keep scheduling fair and ensure quality, I’m unable to add additional rooms or services once I’ve arrived at your home. Planning ahead allows me to give every space the time and attention it deserves.

Pricing varies based on several factors, including the size of your home, the type of service requested, the condition of the space, and any special requests. That’s why I offer free estimates—to make sure pricing is fair and accurate for your home.

I offer three main types of residential cleaning:
Regular Cleaning – Ongoing maintenance for well-kept homes (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.)
Deep Cleaning – A more detailed, top-to-bottom clean, recommended for first-time clients or homes needing extra attention
Bathroom & Kitchen Focused Cleaning – cleaning for ONLY kitchens and bathrooms, focusing on sinks, counters, appliances, toilets, tubs, showers, and high-touch areas
